I’m a UX/UI designer living in Dubai, focused on creating digital experiences that enhance the way people interact with technology. My journey in Design started with a Bachelor's degree in Product Design from Maynooth University, during which I completed 6 months work experience as a Product Designer. After graduating, this was followed by a UX diploma from UX Design Institute, and then completing a top-rated mentorship program with UX Tree. I then spent 2 years working as a UX/UI Designer in Fintech with the largest bank in Ireland. I also gained experience as a design consultant where I helped business create and improve their online presence through stunning websites.

As a designer,I thrive on feedback and iteration, constantly improving my designs based on input from users and fellow designers. Collaborative critique is key to elevating my work and delivering great results.

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me playing sports in some form, from my home sport of Gaelic Football to kayaking, I love staying active. Traveling is another big passion—I’ve explored over 29 countries so far, and am always keen to add to that number. And I can't forget my dog, Sam, who’s back home in Ireland.

" I had the chance to work closely with him and couldn’t say that I wasn’t impressed with his wide knowledge and huge professionalism. He is a great designer to work with, always willing to push extra mile and make the best out of his project.

Alan is a real team player and his ability to go out of his way to help others has made him stand out. I was always impressed by his professional approach and the ability to easily understand the problem he’s working on. His design skills are very sharp, he’s one of the most creative and talented designers I’ve met. The work he’s done on TFI app was just phenomenal.

I highly recommend Alan, I can say with full confidence he would be a great asset to any team. "
